Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician

Reports To: Property Operations Manager/ Electro-Mechanical Senior Engineer
Job Purpose
The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all electro-mechanical systems within Brilliant Tower. The role ensures efficient performance of building systems, compliance with safety standards, and uninterrupted services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC, elevators, generators, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system faults to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and operational standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or commercial property management.
- Experience working with modern building systems (HVAC, lifts, BMS, generators).
- Strong understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
