Introduction
DUHAMIC-ADRI (Duharanira AMajyambere y’Icyaro) is a local non-profit organization legally operating in Rwanda since 1985 and based in Kigali, Rwanda. In the framework with ACHIEVE/PACT, the organization will be implementing the ACHIEVE Rwanda EVD MNCH Activity for Strengthening community and facility infection prevention and control to protect women and child in Burera, Musanze and Rubavu Districts.
Project Goal: ACHIEVE Rwanda EVD/MNCHActivity will strengthen preparedness for Bundibugyo Ebola Virus Disease while safeguarding continuity of essential maternal, newborn and child health services. The activity builds on Rwanda's existing MNCH community-to-facility platform to strengthen three linked functions during an outbreak: prevention, early detection and referral, and continuity of essential care.
