Job Description
MHotel, Kigali -Rwanda is seeking to hire a QUALIFIED Food and Beverage Manager:
As a food and Beverage Manager, your main responsibility is to
- OVERSEE the operations of Food and Beverage Department.
- Additionally you will coordinate Conference and Banqueting services.
PREREQUISITES:
- Fluent English Language is A MUST, French or some other International Language is an added advantage.
- Managing the Staff
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the budget
- Creating and implementing menus that are both appealing to customers and align with the company's budget.
- You must also have a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of Food and beverage trends is highly desirable,ability to manage inventory and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage Kitchen Staff to ensure high quality food is prepared.
- Responsible for managing waiters/waitresses, Bartenders, host/hostesses.
EDUCATION:
- A Degree or 3years +is essential.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in similar roles at a 4/5 Star hotel is desirable.
SALARY EXPECTATIONS:
- Negotiatable to be discussed.
