The leadership of ERC Rusororo, through its Project RW0252 Rusororo, hereby informs the general public and all qualified and interested candidates that applications are being accepted for the following position:
HEALTH AND SOCIAL WORKER
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, monitor, and train Savings Groups and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and promote small-scale businesses.
- Connect beneficiaries with their respective saving groups and foster unity and sustainable development.
- Prepare and submit routine development and group activity progress reports.
- Oversee general social welfare and community health initiatives within the project.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Sociology, Development Studies, or any other related field.
- Possess knowledge and the ability to lead and work effectively with community groups.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and other asset tracking software.
- Be a faithful Christian with a valid letter of recommendation from their local church.
- Be 40 years of age or younger.
