Job responsibilities
A. Manage logistics operations
-
Prepare logistics and support plans;Develop and implement methodologies and tools to enable effective execution of logistic plans;

Manage stock and continuously monitor the movements of stock;

Organise and supervise distribution of purchased assets;

Ensure the delivery of any material or equipment ordered to the Ministry of Justice;
-
Monitor the execution of Suppliers' contracts in liaison with Procurement Office;
-
Elaborate periodic inventory of fixed and non -fixed assets;
-
Identify equipments that need to be renewed;
-
Participate in the Elaboration of Contract for the maintenance of Tools and Equipments;
-
Ensure maintenance of non-fixed assets of the institution.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Store Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Assets Management with 0 Year of relevant experience

Advanced Diploma (A1) in Management, Accounting, Finance with 0 Year of relevant experience
