Job responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and enhance Management Information Systems that support the strategic and operational objectives of RBC.

Manage the integration of health information systems and other institutional information systems to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.

Ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security of organizational information systems in accordance with national ICT policies and data protection regulations.

Analyze business processes and user requirements and recommend appropriate ICT solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and coordinate timely maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user manuals, and technical documentation for information systems.

Provide technical support and training to system users to ensure effective utilization of management information systems.
