Qualification & Attributes
- Must hold a First class or Second-class upper honors degree from a recognized University in the following fields: Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Management/Administration, Procurement and Supply chain management, Economics, Agri-Business Management, Data Analytics/Science, Finance, Marketing, Law, Marketing and Communication, Project Management, or any other related field.
- Rwandan citizen aged between 20 to 25 years.
- Clean criminal record.
- Should be self-driven with ambitious goals to pursue a Banking career.
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
- Should be a quick learner and result oriented
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English.
- French will be an added advantage.
