POSITION: MARKETING OFFICER
LOCATION: KIGALI-RWANDA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising on platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, company branding ensuring it is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of competitors, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing and sales campaigns to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales targets.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and strategy refinement
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster new business opportunities.
YOU WILL BE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING PROFFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must possess a valid Rwandan driving license, specifically in Category B.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within mining industry or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Understanding of Mining Products Familiarity with Mining Operations Regulatory Awareness
- Market Research, Analysis & Expertise Sales Strategy Development
- Contract Negotiation & Client Relationship Building Presentation Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-driven personality.
- Able to provide &implement Marketing Plan
- Highly fluent in English, and Kinyarwanda — both spoken and written.
- Fluency in French is an added advantage
