Meteorological Technicians (Meteorology Observers)

Rwanda Airports Company (RAC) wishes to recruit qualified and competent candidates for the following positions:

Job Title: Meteorological Technicians (Meteorology Observers)

Eligible candidates are expected to have the following qualifications:

• Nationality: Must be a Rwandan citizen.
• Age: Must be between 18 and 25 years.

Academic Qualifications:

• Advanced Level (A-Level) secondary education with a minimum score of 80% in Mathematics and Physics/Physical Sciences or other relevant science-based subjects, and a mean grade of C (or equivalent), including credits in English; OR a Meteorology Class IV Certificate or an equivalent qualification obtained from a recognized training institution.
• Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Through specialized training, professional development, and internationally aligned certification pathways, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills required to support safe, efficient, and reliable aviation operations.
