Job Description

Smart Retails Ltd is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outdoor Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through field marketing and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell the company's furniture, home décor, sanitaryware, and related products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Conduct outdoor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Distribute marketing materials and introduce new products to prospective customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Update customer information and sales records in the company's CRM or sales system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales and marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
