Panel Beaters

Rwanda Interlink Transport Company (RITCO Ltd) would like to recruit experienced and reliable panel beaters to improve repairing and maintaining its vehicles.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair method.
• Repair or replace damaged chassis and body panels using welding, filling, and panel- beating techniques.
• Makes sure that the vehicles are well painted with RITCO's colors after repair.
• Use hand tools, hydraulic presses, and other specialist equipment.
• Align frames and body panels using measuring systems and jigs.

• Reassemble repaired vehicles and ensure parts are properly fitted and aligned.
• Maintain accurate records of work done and materials used.
• Follow health and safety procedures in the workshop at all times.
• Collaborate with mechanics, and other staff in RITCO Ltd garage.
• Remove damaged vehicle panels and parts.
• Perform other related activities according to the supervisor's request.

Job requirements and qualifications.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in panel beating.
• Ability to read and write at least one official language used in Rwanda.
• High level of integrity.
