Job Description
Objective:
The Performance Management & Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing the bank's performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic insights that support key decision-making processes across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals and improve overall operational effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:

Analyze business performance data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and metrics that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business processes, ensuring that performance metrics align with strategic objectives.

Facilitate discussions with departments to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, proposing actionable solutions.

Conduct market analysis and research to benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.

Provide training and support for teams on performance management tools and techniques.

Requirements
Academic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA, PMP) will be an advantage.
Work Experience:

5+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.

Proven experience in process improvement and project management.

Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
