Salary Range: 350,000 – 400,000 RWF (Gross)
Age Requirement: 28 – 35 years

Job Summary
Huming International Factory Ltd is seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources Officer to manage and support all HR functions within a Chinese-managed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, disciplined, and experienced in working with Chinese companies or multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR policies, and internal regulations
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Rwanda labor laws and company policies
- Act as a bridge between management (Chinese leadership) and employees
- Manage employee performance evaluations and probation follow-ups
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline professionally
- Support factory administration and management reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional HR experience
- Previous experience working in Chinese companies is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Rwanda labor law and HR best practices
- Have calculated a payroll of over 100 employees
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and dedication to work
Language & Skills
- Good command of English (Chinese language is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, HR systems)
