Sales Representatives

Two skilled, devoted, and experienced sales representatives are needed. The ideal candidate will have great negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and be prepared to complete all activities connected to designing route-to-consumer strategies on time and in full. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to exhibit our organizational behaviors of Connect, Shape, Develop, and Deliver. Reporting to the regional business manager, the individual.
JOB PURPOSE
By successfully promoting the company's goods and/or related services, the Sales Representative must maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within a certain region and/or market segment. He or she uses the established RtC enabled by Digital relationship-based strategy to promote, sell, and secure pre-sales orders from both current and potential customers in accordance with the Touch Points/Customer Persona Strategy. Additionally, via the use of an excellent Omni-Channel Execution method, he or she serves as a liaison between the company and the retail outlets by providing product demonstrations and assistance to current and new consumers in choosing the finest items for their needs.
