SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER VACANCY

KISS FM is looking for a qualified and creative candidate to fill the full-time position of Social Media Manager.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company's social media, website, and mobile app platforms, ensuring that all digital channels are active, engaging, and aligned with the KISS FM brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• ??Manage the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content.
• ??Develop and maintain a regular content publishing schedule.
• ??Promote content through social media advertising.
• ??Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day digital activity.
• ??Develop relevant content ideas that appeal to the company's target audience.
• ??Create, curate, and manage published content, including images, videos, and text.
• ??Monitor, listen to, and respond to users across digital platforms.
• ??Develop and grow the station's online community.
• ??Oversee the look and feel of social media pages.
• ??Design, create, and manage promotions and social media advertising campaigns.
• ??Manage website and mobile app content.
• ??Analyse performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• ??Represent the company positively in social media spaces by engaging in conversations and answering questions where appropriate.
• ??Monitor trends in social media tools, platforms, applications, design, and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have:

• ??In-depth knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, WordPress, and others.
• ??A strong understanding of how different platforms can be used for different audiences and objectives.
• ??Excellent writing, language, and communication skills.
• ??The ability to communicate ideas effectively in written, visual, and video formats.
• ??Previous experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital media role.
• ??Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
