Duties and Responsibilities
- Educating prospects on our product.
- Building rapport with customers.
- Tracking customer’s preferences metrics and media campaigns.
- Representing the company at launches events and trade shows.
- Brain storming ideas and participating in training and workshops
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Requirements and Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fluent in Both French and English.
- Prior experience in a customer related environment.
- Friendly approachable and outgoing.
- Working knowledge of social media platform tools.
- Ability to travel.
