REPUBLIC OF HUNGARY - GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS

The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the public that throughthebilateralcooperation agreement, the Republic of Hungary (via the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme) has offered scholarships tenable in Hungary; commencing in the academic year 2026-2027 at Undergraduate/Masters/PhD levels; and scholarshipsat PhD/DLA level in any field of interest. Interested candidates should submit the following application document:

• Application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC;
• A copy of National ID;
• One (1) recent passport size photo;
• Certified copy of high school certificate, results slips or equivalence qualificationforundergraduate candidates;
• Certified copy of Bachelor’s Degree for graduate students;
• Certified copy of Master’s Degree for Doctoral students;
• Possession of IELTS with 6.5 score is an added advantage.
• Recommendation from the employer (for Masters and PHD is an addedadvantage).
