Subject: Invitation to Tender— Office Partitioning and Interior Decor

Dear Sir/Madam,

Compassion International Rwanda invite qualified and experienced contractors to submit their bids for Office Partitioning and Interior Decor project. The scope includes interior modifications to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of designated office areas through quality installations such as

• MDF partitions,
• gypsum wails,
• customized cabinetry,
• acoustic treatments, and related furnishings.

The contractor must demonstrate the ability to deliver a high-quality finish, integrate design elements (e.g., Imigongo patterns), and complete the work within two weeks after contract signing.

Submission Requirements:

• Two sealed envelopes (Technical & Financial Proposals)
• Clearly marked with the tender reference number and bidder details
• Site Visit: April 17th, 2025, at 9:00 AM (It is required for all bidders to ensure accurate measurement)
• Submission Deadline: April 23rd, 2025, at 5:00 PM
• Addressed to: The National Director

Mandatory Requirements:

• Legal registration (RDB certificate)
• Tax clearance & RSSB compliance
• At least 3 reference letters (from the past 3 years)
