Compassion International Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the design, production and supply of Made in Rwanda Professional Staff Attire.
CIRW is a Christ centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. In support of the Made in Rwanda initiative, CIRW seeks a qualified local supplier to design, produce and supply professional attire for its staff.
Interested designers, tailors, garment manufacturers and clothing companies producing in Rwanda, with proven experience in corporate attire, are encouraged to participate.

Submission Requirements:
- Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
- Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW 007/2026-2027) and the Bidder's name.
- Deadline for submission: November 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Compassion International Head Office at KACYIRU,8 KG 548 St, Kigali. Late bids will be rejected.
