Position: Digital Marketing & Creative Design Intern

Type: Six-month paid internship, full-time

Location: Kacyiru, Kigali (on-site)

Start date: As soon as possible

About us 

RW Digital Solutions Ltd is a Kigali-based digital company. We build websites, web and mobile applications, dashboards, portals and IT systems, and run social media marketing for businesses and organisations across Rwanda. 

What you will do 

• Plan monthly content calendars for client accounts and the company's own channels. 
• Design graphics, carousels, banners, flyers and brand materials. 
• Shoot and edit short videos and Reels. 
• Write captions in English and Kinyarwanda, then schedule and publish posts. 
• Reply to comments and messages and look after online communities. 
• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. 
• Track results and prepare monthly reports for clients. 
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or the CEO. 

What we are looking for 

Open to recent graduates (within the last two years) and final-year students. 

Required 

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field. 
• A design portfolio, plus at least one social media account you have managed. 
• Canva and at least one of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro, or CapCut. 
• Strong writing in English and Kinyarwanda. 
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite. 

Nice to have 

• Photography and videography skills. 
• Meta Ads or Google Ads experience or certification. 
• Motion graphics. 
• Basic SEO knowledge.
