Negocios Ltd is a private institution with 10 years of experience in printing industry, registered in 2015 by article 24 of the law no 17/04/2018 governing Companies in Rwanda through Rwanda Development Board (RDB), Mainly Negocios Ltd deals with Printing services and promotional materials and branding 

Job Vacancy: Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Accountant

Key responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions 
• Prepare budget forecasts 
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes 
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 
• Reconcile petty cash account 
• Prepare regular financial statements Reports 
• Ensure the Compliance with financial policies and regulations 
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns 
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures 

Qualification 

• Should have bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance,
• Should have an experience of 2 years at least 
• Should be familiar to excel and QuickBooks
