Our client, in the energy Industry dealing with Electric Motors, is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join their exceptional team in Rwanda.

THE JOB

As the After-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and quality assurance of client swap stations located in Rwanda. This role requires close coordination with the Quality Department and customers to ensure timely problem resolution, performance optimization, and compliance with company quality standards.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Perform maintenance and inspection of swap stations in Rwanda. 
• Investigate and handle quality issues reported by customers in the assigned regions. 
• Provide daily feedback on market issues, defects, and solutions to Guangdong SRE. 

• Maintain detailed maintenance records for each product and ensure data accuracy. 
• Develop and implement inspection and maintenance plans for all SRE products in the domestic market. 
• Prepare and submit regular maintenance summary reports to the Quality Department. 
• Conduct on-site investigations promptly in response to reported abnormalities. 
• Summarize recurring issues identified in the market and propose preventive or corrective measures.
• Ensure all work activities comply with company safety and quality management standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

The job holder should have the following qualifications. 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. 
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a factory environment 
3. Experience in vehicle maintenance or electrical appliance repair will be an advantage.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON

We are offering the successful candidate a monthly gross salary of RWF 704,026.93
