Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Kigali. This role is focused on building new business opportunities, generating leads, and setting up meetings with potential clients in Rwanda and across Africa. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with potential clients both face-to-face and over the phone, with strong knowledge of digital solutions and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in Rwanda and across Africa.
  • Make cold calls, send outreach emails, and engage with prospects to generate leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients for senior management.
  • Meet prospects in Kigali and represent the company professionally.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track outreach activities.
  • Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions, software, or IT services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is required; knowledge of French, Swahili, or other regional languages is a plus.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
