Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Electric Vehicle (EV) Salesperson to join our company's sales team. As an EV Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our electric vehicles, helping customers embrace sustainable and eco-friendly transportation solutions. Your passion for electric mobility, deep knowledge of EV technology, and excellent communication skills will be essential in guiding customers through their EV buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

EV Sales and Consultation:

  • Engage with potential customers and walk-in visitors, actively promoting the benefits of electric vehicles and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Conduct informative and persuasive product presentations to highlight the unique features and advantages of our EV models.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, answering their questions, and assisting with test drives.
  • Understand individual customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable EV models and options.

Sales Process Management:

  • Lead customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, coordinating with our finance team when necessary.

EV Market Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the electric vehicle industry, including new EV models, incentives, and government policies.
  • Leverage your knowledge to educate customers on the long-term benefits of owning an electric vehicle.

Cross-Selling and Upselling:

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional EV-related products and services, such as charging solutions, extended warranties, and maintenance packages.

Customer Follow-up and After-sales Support:

  • Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.
  • Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance and service appointments as needed.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and potential leads using our CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on electric vehicles or renewable energy products, is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • A passion for electric mobility and a strong belief in the environmental benefits of EVs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach to sales, with a keen ability to understand and meet individual customer needs.
  • Familiarity with EV technology and charging infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
