The Driver is responsible for management of vehicles, provision of transportation service for RSSB stuff and ensuring proper care of assigned vehicles.

Reporting to the Manager, Asset Management & Logistics, the Driver will be responsible for management of vehicles, provision of transportation service for RSSB staff.

The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) has the mandate to manage and promote social security in Rwanda. RSSB's vision is to provide a comprehensive social security system that caters to the diverse social security needs of the population, RSSB plays an important role in realizing Vision 2050 and the National Strategy for Transformation (NST), RSSB mannges six social security schemes, namely: Pension, Occupational Hazards, Medical scheme, CBHI, Maternity Leave Benefits and EjoHeza (Long-term Term Saving Scheme).

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Transport of RSSI stalf
- Update the logbook of vehicle used on daily basis
- Ensure timely maintenance and repairs servicer
- Provide guidelines for transport service
- Keep the organization vehicle clean and safe, carry out regular cleaning of vehicles
- Safe keeping of vehicle accessories, ensure assigned vehicle has adequate spares, workingseat belts, first aid kits, fire extinguisher etc.
- Ensure sound running of the vehicles assigned and arrange minor repairs where necessary
- Maintain mileage records
- Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management in a timely manner
- Adjust travel routes to avoid traffic crowding or road construction
- Collect and deliver mail and other materials as required from and to the member banks, post offices, government agencies and other institutions
- Collect proforma invoices from suppliers
- Process signings of different documents by the Board of Director
- Perform any other duties relevant to Asset Management & Logistics as may be assigned from time to time
Key Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must have at least:
- Senior six certificate, diploma or bachelor's degree
- Driving Licence with a years of relevant experience
