FRESH GRADUATES FOR ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities across various Bank functions, including cash and noncash transactions, in accordance with established Bank policies and procedures. Ensuring prompt and accurate execution of assigned duties, effective handling of customer inquiries and complaints, and timely service delivery within required turnaround times (TAT).

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Support cash and non-cash transactions, payments, remittances, reconciliations, and other assigned operational activities in line with Bank policies and internal controls.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or escalation within required turnaround times (TAT).
  • Support assigned functions across IT, Digital Banking, Customer Experience, Payments, Legal, Risk, Audit, Security, and other Bank departments, depending on business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
  • Support data collection, analysis, system-related activities, and preparation of reports relevant to the assigned function.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank policies, confidentiality, information security, fraud prevention, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honors, Second-Class Upper Division, or an equivalent academic score of at least 70%) in any field, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Banking.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with data analysis and digital tools is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills.
