Job responsibilities

Internal Auditor specialist will Administratively report to the SPIU Coordinator and technically to the Audit committee He/she will be responsible:

  • On a quarterly basis, he/she shall prepare a consolidated report to be submitted to the audit committee at least five (5) days prior to the meeting with a copy to the Government General auditor and to the management of the entity.

  • On a quarterly basis, he/she shall prepare Status of the implementation of Internal audit recommendations and Auditor General’s recommendations of previous reports on which corrective action has not been completed;

  • Recommendations on which agreement could not be reached with management, or where requested information or assistance was denied;

  • He should identify the areas of the organization’s environment that pose the highest risk;

  • Any other assignment assigned by the management of SPIU.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Finance

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

    5 Years of relevant experience

  • Master's Degree in Accounting

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance

    5 Years of relevant experience
