1. Job Title: Accountant
Job responsibilities

Records budget in the Smart IFMIS(Financial Management System)s to suppliers

File accounting documents

Prepare payments to Suppliers

Produce Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial statements

Ensure regular follow up of budget execution

Prepare financial ‘requirements in accordance with Development Partners requirements
-
Provision of transactions to both internal and external
Qualifications

Master's in Finance, Accounting with 1 Years of relevant experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance with 3 Years of relevant experience
Required certificates
-
Accounting Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC,(ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage
Required competencies and key technical skills

Time management skills

Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French. Knowledge of all is an added advantage

Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices and financial data reporting

2. Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Job responsibilities
-
Coordinate all engineering related interventions within the projects, particularly those concerning development of basic infrastructure of industrial zones, markets and selling points etc.;
-
Provide works project management oversight;
-
Prepare progress and completion reports of works like industrial parks, markets and selling points etc. under construction or maintenance;
-
Identify, develop strong relationship and work with stakeholders and partners involved in industrial parks, markets and selling points development;
-
Provide advisory services for the proper management of industrial parks, markets and selling points;
Qualifications
-
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, construction engineering/technology, Geotechnical engineering, Transportation engineering with 1-year relevant work experience in Civil Engineering

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, construction engineering/technology, Geotechnical engineering, Transportation engineering with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience

3. Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Job responsibilities
-
Support MINICOM IT department to play its role of digitilization of trade and industry sectors.
-
Develop actionable plans and appropriate coordination for their implementation for the digitilization of the trade and industry sectors.
-
Support MINICOM departments in implementation of ICT startegies relevant for trade and industry sectors with clear connections to the smart Rwanda Master plan (SRMP,Existing and approved sector sub-plans under SRMP)
-
Review of current ICT services, applications and infrastructures in the trade and industry sectors.
-
Propose potential areas for harmonization where systems are overlapping to improve efficiency.
-
Collaborate with internal departments to strategize on the e-business department opportunities and enhancements from concept to delivery.
-
Partner with stakeholders and the business community to understand business requirements, and develop and hepl execute the strategy to meet requirements.
-
Continually audit e-commerce platforms for performance and drive recommendations for improvements.
-
Engage in data -driven decisions making for planning, execution, and optimization of e-commerce development in Rwanda.
-
Draft project proposals for e-commerce for fund mobilization purposes.
N.B. The required work experience of 3 years or 1 year must be relevant to the fields of E-Commerce, Trade, Industry or Project Management.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, ICT Systems, ICT Infrastructure development with 3 Years of relevant experience

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT Systems, ICT Infrastructure development with 1 Years of relevant experience
Required competencies and key technical skills
-
Knowledge of interface usability issues - Understanding and use of Secure Electronic Transactions (SET) encryption standards.

In-depth knowledge of online gateway systems - Fluent in written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda is essential, French is an advantage
-
Strong communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to non- expert audiences, both orally and in writing
-
Detailed knowledge of the level of ICT development in Rwanda and the region, including key constraints for using ICT as enabling trade and private sector development
-
Proven experience in developing implementation plans for organizations’ ICT systems
-
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing ICT systems for public institutions, or equivalent experience within a large private sector firm
