Job Description

1. Job Title: Revenue Officer (6 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  1. Review the cost sheet of discharged patients for accuracy and completion in order to prepare billing statements

  2. Prepare billing statements for insurance companies, patients and other third parties

  3. Prepare reports and respond to inquiries concerning billing activities

  4. Analyze invoices and data.

  5. Check whether bills made out by cashiers is consistent with applicable rate

  6. Meet the deadline for closing of bills agreed upon by clients.

  7. Contribute to the hospital environmental hygiene

  8. Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement of the hospital

  9. Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.

  10. Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor “

2. Job Title: Lych House Management Officer

Job responsibilities

  • Maintaining records of all bodies received, stored, and released

  • Ensuring that the morgue is clean and organized at all times

  • Assisting with the preparation of bodies for autopsy or burial

  • Coordinating with funeral homes and families for the release of bodies

  • Following legal and health protocols for the handling and disposal of bodies

  • Supporting forensic pathologists during autopsies

  • Managing inventory of supplies and equipment

  • Performing routine maintenance and sanitation of morgue facilities

  • Ensuring proper storage of bodies to prevent decomposition

3. Job Title: Documental and Archives Officer

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and operate a system for documentation and archives for the hospital in accordance with practices and standards in place;

  • Develop and implement, in collaboration with concerned staff, an information classification and access policy;

  • Maintain an effective cataloguing and indexing of documents and regularly update the hospital’s documentation database

  • Receive and filing documents

  • Organize the documentation and the archives of each unit;

  • Analyze and submit the corresponding reports stating

  • Enter documents into Database using the available software;

  • Index and file documents according to the documentation policies, rules and regulations; Identify and propose documents for National Archives Services

4. Job Title: Data Manager A1/Ao

Job responsibilities

  1. Define the Bio-Medical Statistics strategy in accordance with the strategic plan of the Health Center

  2. Ensure the security of data

  3. Provide all data related to the patients and researchers

  4. Plan and monitor all activities of the service

  5. Define and provide guidelines and methods for data collected and data analysis in the Health Center

  6. Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information

  7. Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity applicability, efficiency and accuracy.

  8. Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist and follow departments in the development and Monitoring the Implementation of Quality Improvement plans
