1. Job Title: Agricultural Survey Specialist
Job responsibilities
To manage the design, planning, conduct, implementation and analysis of all the agricultural surveys;
To provide the necessary agricultural statistics to National Accounts and participate in GDP compilation;
To work in close collaboration with the MINAGRI and with other institutions and projects involved in this sector in order to harmonize data and to avoid duplication;
To collaborate closely with the Price Statisticians to assess the quality of data collected in the rural areas;
To participate in the development of the Annual Work Program, the Budget and the Annual Report of activities of the Unit;
Provision of advice and build capacity of the division;
To do any other task related to this job as may be requested by his/her supervisors
To manage and supervise the methodological improvements relating to agriculture statistics
Oversee the relevant improvements relating to the reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, agriculture economics, crop science, soil and water management, environmental science, agro-forest with 5 years of relevant experience in statistics work.
Experience in the implementation of all stages of agriculture survey and familiarity with statistical packages ( STATA, CSPro,ArcGIS, advanced excel etc..) is added advantage.
A master’s degree in the said fields with relevant of 3 years working experience would also be equivalent.

2. Job Title: Systems, Innovation And Communication Specialist
Job responsibilities
Design and implement digital data collection systems
Develop real-time monitoring dashboards for fieldwork
Implement data security and encryption protocols
Optimize mobile data collection applications
Troubleshoot technical issues during fieldwork
Train field staff on digital data collection tools
Develop data validation rules and quality checks
Integrate survey systems with central databases
Document system architecture and workflows
Evaluate and recommend new technologies
Coordinate with OECD technical teams
Develop communication materials about survey methods
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Big Data with 5 Years of relevant experience
Master's Degree in Communication, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Sciences, Big Data with 3 Years of relevant experience
Required competencies and key technical skills
Ability to develop and implement communications initiatives using appropriate tools and channels;
High integrity and professional ethical standards
High sense of responsibility and integrity
