3. Job Title: Taximeters Verification Officer
Job responsibilities

Perform Verification/type approval/ metrological controls of Taxi/Auto meters and timers
-
Ensure the measurement traceability of taximeter verification standards are maintained
-
Ensure fee allocated to verification activities is deposit as per the procedure in place
-
Conduct activities under legal metrology such as metrological controls, verification and initiate the necessary follow up actions.

Provide report to direct supervisor on work performed and matters affecting the work of the unit and the general execution of activities.

Complete and maintaining records of activities conducted daily.

Maintain the Quality Management System of the laboratory and other standard by conducting activities in accordance RS 438:2021 and procedures
