Job Summary The Multimedia Production and Design Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content to enhance the visibility and public image of Rwanda Energy Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce creative multimedia content including motion graphics, animations, videos, and static graphics.
- Design visually appealing content for social media platforms (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok...etc.).
- Collaborate with the Communication team to plan and execute digital campaigns.
- Translate complex energy-related information into clear and engaging visual content.
- Handle video production processes including filming, editing, sound design, and post-production (filming, cutting, adding effects, subtitles)
- Create branding materials that align with the institution's identity and communication strategy.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute multimedia projects from concept to final output Manage and organize multimedia assets and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in multimedia design, animation, and digital communication.
- Support live event coverage through photography and videography when needed.
- Optimize visuals for audience engagement and maintain digital media archives Implement any other assignment from supervisors
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
- Advanced Diploma in Digital Media Production
- Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design and Animation
- Bachelor's degree in film making and Film Production
- Proven five (5) years of experience in multimedia production and three (3) years of experience in Graphic Design is mandatory
Additional and Technical skills
- Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and digital content creation.
- Adobe After Effects (motion graphics and animation)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
- Adobe Photoshop (image editing and design)
- Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics)
- Adobe InDesign (layout and publication design)
- Cinema 4D (C4D) or other 3D design/animation tools
Required Documents for application:
