Purpose
A Professional in charge of Digital Transformation and Strategic Planning will perform selected IT operational and technical roles of a highly complex nature either on an occasional or permanent basis
Key duties and responsibilities
- Identify and document specific business trends, challenges and opportunities for improvement both for existing or new/potential policies, strategies, processes and standards.
- Collect and analyse data on identified business challenges and opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Work Closely with IT Project managers to Lead projects and coordinate with other teams to produce better business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business Analyst in consolidating digitalization needs from various departments and divisions.
- Promote and sustain a digital transformation
- Quarterly Update on RRA Business Process Digitalization Status
- Conduct risk analyses to proactively identify, address, and monitor risks and issues
- Collaborate closely with the Application Unit and Business Analysts to consolidate the annual count of business requirements developed, enhanced, and integrated.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology specialized in Information Technology

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering specialized in Information Technology
