1. About You – Minimum Standard Qualifications & Experience;

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honors, OR
• Master’s Degree with Second Class Honors or above
• Maximum of two (2) years of professional work experience
• Demonstrated English language proficiency:
  • IELTS Academic: Minimum overall band score of 6.5, or
  • TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 85
• Eligible to work in Rwanda
