Reporting to Manager, Corporate Information Applications, The job holder will support the design, development, and supporting enterprise systems that underpin key financial and operational processes. This role requires strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills to ensure robust,secure, and efficient systems solutions.
Job Responsibilities

Transform business requirements into technical requirements for enterprise solutions.

Maintain and optimize enterprise systems to meet the Bank’s needs.

Design and implement automation solutions for repetitive operational tasks.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather, document, and validate system requirements.

Leverage open-source technologies to deliver cost effective and scalable solutions.

Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL).

Collaborate with other teams to translate gathered requirements into technical specifications to deliver accurate and timely data solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and vendor.

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies of the Bank.

Apply ITIL principles in incident, problem, and change management processes.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Three (3) years of experience in systems analysis or similar role.
