Rwanda Polytechnic - Kigali College invites motivated youth t o apply for the Kigali Smart
Skills Hub, a national initiative designed t o equip young people with industry-ready digital, technical, and innovation skills for decent jobs, entrepreneurship, and self-employment.
The program targets unemployed graduates, TVET leavers, university graduates or dropouts, with focus on young women, and persons with disabilities.
1 . PROGRAM STRUCTURE
- 6 months of intensive training (technical + soft & Entrepreneurship skills)
- 2 months of industry attachment
- Job placement support

TRADE 3: TECHNICIANS
- Computer Maintenance Technician
- Electronics Repair Technician
- PV Solar System Installer & Repair Technician
TRADE 4: NETWORKERS
- Fiber Optics Installer
- Cybersecurity (Penetration Tester)
TRADE 5 : FABRICATORS
- Digital Fabricator
- Digital Fashionista
- CAM Designer (ArchCAD, SolidWorks)
TRADE 6: AUTOMATORS
