Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES-Ruhengeri) is pleased to announce the opening of scholarship applications, covering tuition fees only, for the following programmes:
- Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences and
- Bachelor of Science in Anaesthesia.
Application Period: From 04 August 2026 to 18 August 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Rwandan nationals who have completed General Secondary Education in one of the following combinations:
- Physics-Chemistry-Biology,
- Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology,
- Biology-Chemistry-Geography, or an
- Associate Nursing qualification (A2 in Nursing).
Admission Test and Selection Process
Candidates who meet the minimum admission requirements as per the Higher Education Council (HEC), as well as institutional requirements, will sit for an admission test scheduled on 24th August 2026.
Final selection of admitted candidates will be based on the admission test score.
Note:
- Selected candidates will be required to complete their registration formalities, including payment of tuition and registration fees, within the deadlines set by the University.
- Any false information or falsified documents submitted in the application will result in immediate disqualification upon discovery, with potential additional sanctions depending on the level of the violation.
