JAPAN – RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS
The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that, through the bilateral cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and the Government of Japan, the Government of Japan has offered scholarships for the 2027 academic year to Rwandan students under the following categories:
- Undergraduate Students
- College of Technology Students
- Research Students (Master’s and PhD)
