KINGDOM OF MOROCCO – GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS.
The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that the Kingdom of Morocco has offered to the Government of Rwanda scholarships at Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and PhD level commencing in academic year 2026/2027 taught in French from Moroccan public training institutions/ universities.
Interested candidates should submit the following application documents:
- An application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC indicating the program the candidates wish to study
- A copy of ID or valid passport
- A copy of transcript of the last high school year (for Diploma and Bachelor candidates) and transcript of the previous university level (for Masters and PhD candidates)
- A copy of certificate or degree of the recently completed level of studies
Please note :
- Candidates applying for Diploma (in Technical and Vocational) Programs must have completed from Technical Secondary School (TSS) and STEM related combinations in the school year 2024/2025 and must have obtained at least 70% in the National examination results of 2025.
- Candidates applying for Bachelors’ Degree (in General Education) Programs must have completed their secondary studies in STEM related combinations in the school year 2024/2025 and must have obtained at least 70% in the National examination results of 2025.
- Candidates applying for Masters’ Degree and PhD Programs must have obtained 14/20 (2nd Class Upper Division) or equivalent in the previous level completed.
