ASSIGNIMENT TITLE: PROVISION OF ANNUAL SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES.

Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for provision of annual supply of office stationeries according to the Terms of Reference detailed in the tender document.

The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all qualified individuals and companies specialized in the field registered by authorized bodies.

The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located in CHIC Building, in Procurement Office from 24^th/01/2025 during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (30,000Rwf) deposited on the account No:00047920000 opened in names of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc.

Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and one hard copy marked “Copy” of the bids.

The bids shall be valid for a period of 14 working days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Procurement Office not later than 07^th/02/2025, at 04:00pm local time.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office Board Room at 04:30pm.

Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the tender which will be marked as follows:
