Bank of Kigali Plc (BK) seeks to onboard qualified and reputable local printing service vendors to support its branding, marketing, and corporate communication initiatives across Head Office and branch network by providing high-quality printing adhering to Bank of Kigali brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. The engagement will be under a one (1) year contract renewable twice subject to satisfactory performance evaluation. BK Plc hereby invites bids for the above mentioned services.

Terms of References (TORs) for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 11^th/02/2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 24^th Feb 2026 at 6:00PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Interested bidders are required to submit a financial proposal indicating rates per unit as specified in the Terms of Reference, a detailed company profile, including comprehensive information on the company’s shareholders and directors, at least 3 reference certificates for recent and similar services, Valid Taxes clearance certificate, Valid RSSB Contribution Clearance certificate, Company’s Registration Certificate, audited financial statements of the last 3 years and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference (TORs).
