1. RITCO invites eligible bidders to submit Quotations for the supply of (3) Electric vehicles (Voiture) as
   indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
2. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RITCO HEADQUARTERS in the office
   of Procurement before the fixed date for the submission of bids.
3. Well printed Quotations, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 27th/02/2026 at 10h00: am].
   Late Bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RITCO Ltd head office board room 27th /02/2026at at 10h30:am
5.  The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
6.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.

Background

Rwanda Interlink Transport Company (RITCO) is a public-private partnership transport company that was established to improve public transport services in Rwanda and in the region in order to bring out of isolation citizens living in rural areas facilitating their access to development activities at affordable prices.

Objectives

The purpose of this Tender is to identify suppliers who are capable, compliant and price competitive to provide the required Electric automobile

Minimum Requirements:

• Type: Fully Electric 
• Seating Capacity: Minimum 5 passengers
• Battery Capacity: Minimum 42 kWh
• Driving Range: Minimum 500 km per full charge
• Warranty: Minimum 1year
• Battery: Minimum 5–8 years
• Year of Manufacture: 2024, 2025 or newer
• Quantity Required: 3Units
