TENDER NOTICE

 Tender Title: Supply of Various Equipment at SOS CV Rwanda

CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in supplies to submit their bids for the tender related to Supply of Various Equipment at SOS CV Rwanda both Gisozi Primary School and SOS Gikongoro Location. The tender is composite into two lots, and bidders are allowed to bid to all lots or one lot.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field of supplying different materials. The companies must be registered with the Registry of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations.

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs non-refundable) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. The tender document and can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy tososbnc@sos-rwanda.org.

Well-presented bids, properly organised (in one pdf file) must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 19^th /06/2025, at 12:00 AM local time. Late bids shall be rejected.
