Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Rwanda

Position Type: Full-time – 3 Position

Salary: RWF200,000 to RWF400,000 Monthly

About Us: Afrikie.com is a pioneering car rental platform dedicated to providing innovative, reliable, and customer-focused transportation solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Business Development Officer to join us in optimizing our platform and enhancing our service offerings.

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development to help us drive data-driven decisions and strategies. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in analysing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and improving our platform's overall performance. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping our business strategies and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain business performance metrics and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the car rental industry is a plus.
