Position: Geotechnical Driller / Drilling Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain geotechnical drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute deep geotechnical investigations.
- Perform Standard Penetration Tests (SPT).
- Carry out undisturbed and disturbed soil sampling.
- Lead and supervise drilling crews during field operations.
- Proper maintenance and repair of drilling equipment.
- Prepare daily drilling logs and field reports.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Vocational school Certificate/Diploma in related field
- Proven experience operating geotechnical drilling rigs, preferably wireline drilling systems for at least 5 years.
Demonstrated experience in:
- Deep geotechnical investigations using wireline machine.
- Rock coring and quarry investigations
- Standard Penetration Testing (SPT)
- Undisturbed sampling techniques
Added values:
- Ability to, repair, and maintain drilling equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability and willingness to learn operating various machineries
- Train Junior stuffs on Machene operation
