Job description

1. Job Title: Accountant A1 (20 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Daily Control of the revenues received by the cashier and whether all money is recorded in cash book and deposited in the bank account

  • Payments of the received requests (Invoices from Suppliers, salaries and related benefits) in finance

  • Recording of Financial transactions in Hospital the books of accounts

  • Filling and reporting of Financial Statements

  • Develop the budget project quarterly and annual of hospital

  • Follow up finance transactions and reporting system

  • Comply with taxes declaration regulations

  • Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor

Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accounting with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Public Finance with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with specialization in accounting with 0 Year of relevant experience

Required certificates

  • Having CPA or CPA Intermediate level, CIA/CPFA/CPFM or ACCA Part1

Required competencies and key technical skills

  • Resource management skills

  • Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and auditing standards (Such as IPSAS, IFRS; ISSAs)

  • Proficiency in financial management systems

2. Job Title: Data Managers A1/A0 (11 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, completeness of data collected at the health facilities

  • Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.

  • Collection, analysis, interpretation and production of hospital Statistics

  • Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.

  • Consolidate statistical reports from different services/departments and projects operating under hospital.

  • Provide reports of birth, death audit, disease surveillance and other HMIS reports to the supervisors

  • Data entry and actively participate in internal and external data quality assessment

  • Supervise health centers in the catchment area to verify the reliability and quality of data.

  • Participate in hospital operational research and monitoring& evaluation activity

  • Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Public Health, General Nursing, Community Health, Paramedical with 0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Public Health, Advanced Diploma in Statistics, Nursing, Applied Mathematics, Environmental Health with 0 Year of relevant experience

Required certificates

  • Data Analytics Essentials

  • Data treatment

  • Strong critical thinking skills and excellent problem solving skills

  • Resource management skills

  • Databases and management information systems

3. Job Title: Cashiers A2 (8 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Submit daily handover the final sum of cash collected to the Accountant for deposit to bank account of health facility. registration payments

  • Collect all revenue collected on daily basis from health facility clients/patient

  • Deposit all revenues collected to accountant

  • Deposit all revenues collected to the bank account of the health facility

  • Check Receipts Filling of consultations, medicines, complementary tests

  • Coordinate the activities of cashiers and reassure entry operations of the fund.

  • Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor

Qualifications

  • Diploma(2) in Accounting, Commerce and accounting with 0 Year of relevant experience

4. Job Title: Social Worker A2 (8 Positions)

Job responsibilities

  • Identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find adequate solution for their problem;

  • Manager all Social services supplies and equipment in the institution

  • Provide Monthly report on social activities to the his/her direct supervisor

  • To advocate for helping clients to get resources that would improve their well-being

  • To coordinate the activities of sponsors in wards;

  • To educate patients individually or groups for behavior change;

  • To educate patients and their close relatives on the management of the patient’s condition and its consequences;

  • To educate patients individually or groups for behavior change

  • To identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find adequate solution for their problem;

  • To manage all departmental supplies and equipment

  • To serve as liaison between patients, healthcare providers and sponsors;

Qualifications

5. Job Title: Accountant

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain a proper receipt, custody and disbursement of funds supported by appropriate vouchers;

  • Prepare documents for payment of goods and services after checking the conformity and accuracy of payment requests;

  • Prepare the Cash Books and General Ledger using an appropriate accounting software to produce income and expenditure reports and other financial reports and statements;

  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements at the end of each month and timely produce accurate financial reports as per the set deadlines;

  • Facilitate the internal and external audit exercises.

Qualifications

6. Job Title: Agriculture And Natural Resource Officer

Job responsibilities

  • Implement the District’s agriculture strategy and programs in conformity with national policies and strategies;

  • Implement national measures for natural resource protection and report any violation to the competent authorities;

  • Provide technical advices, organise training sessions, public awareness campaigns and disseminate new agricultural technologies among the beneficiaries;

  • Identify, map and monitor crop diseases prevailing in the Sector and advice on preventive and reactive measures;

  • Inspect whether mine operators’ practices comply with the mining industry regulations and standards.

7. Job Title: Director Of Human Resources And Administration

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and budgeting, resource mobilisation, activity implementation and activity performance reporting of the Unit, supervise all staff therein and act as custodian of knowledge management practices within the District;

  • Coordinate the recruitment process of the District staff and maintain an updated Organizational Structure, Job Description, Job Classification, Salary Structure and Personnel Management;

  • Coordinate employee Performance Evaluation, supervise the compliance of human resource management practices in the District with applicable policy, laws, rules and regulations and advise accordingly;

  • Develop and implement, in collaboration with heads of departments, the District Capacity Building Plan;

  • Supervise all aspects of Contract Administration and coordinate the Logistics and proper management of assets of District;

  • Serve as a member of the District Technical Coordination Committee and advise the institution on any matter pertaining to human resources, administration and logistics management.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration with 1 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences 3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management 3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource with 3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource with 3 Years of relevant experience

Job responsibilities
