Job Title: Legal Advisor

Job Description

• Sign performance contract with immediate supervisor;
• Analyze the legal aspects of the contents of contracts in order to verify their compliance with the legal regulations;
• Propose the necessary modifications to avoid any misinterpretation of the terms used in the agreements or contracts engaging the institution for the best of its interest;
• Give legal opinions on litigious files engaging the institution;

• Develop preparatory instructions for contentious businesses safeguarding the spirit of law, the interest and good image of the institution;
• Council the authorities giving them advices on the running cases and on their best possible solution;
• Prepare for State attorney the documents and conclusions concerning litigious files;
• Collect and preserve decisions carrying jurisprudence as regarding appeal interesting the institution;
• Facilitate the interpretation of law and its application within or outside the institution;
• Drafting the legal texts regarding the institution;
• Propose legal framework review for a better functioning of the institution;
• Establish the documentation interesting the institution in legal matters, and inform regularly the services concerned;
• Acts as the witness on different contracts of the organization;
• Perform any other duty assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.

Job Profile

• Degree in Law with 2yrs experience in related field.
