GOOD PEOPLE INTERNATIONAL (GPI) was established as an INGO in 1999 to combat poverty and disease across the globe and support people in need. Good People International, an international development NGO, holds a special status in UN ECOSOC.

GPI is carrying out various projects to achieve its goals, such as health and medical, water, sanitation and hygiene, income generation, family-in-crisis support, and Humanitarian Assistance.
GPI Rwanda
In Rwanda, GPI have implementing project called “Agricultural Income Improvement Project through Enhancing the Value chain of Staple Crops (Beans) in the Rugera Sector, Rwanda”.
Good People International is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join our team. We are dedicated to creating meaningful impacts in the agricultural sector and empowering local communities through sustainable practices.

Key Responsibility:
- Implementing project activities and responsible for monitoring, performance management and evaluation
- Communication with stakeholders closely
- Supporting and cooperating with project manager
Salary Range: Negotiable
Job Location: Rugera Sector, Nyabihu District
Employment Period: 6 month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector. preferably in an NGO set up.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to Good People International’s mission and values
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing agricultural projects
- Strong understanding of modern farming techniques and technologies
- A good understanding of the value chain of climbing beans
- Experience in applying climate-smart farming methods (Preferred conditions)
- High levels of self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Kinyarwanda
- Proficient computer skills
