Recruitment Positions: Real Estate Marketing Planner
Headcount: 1
Salary Package: Net salary 500,000–800,000 RWF
Major Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related majors
Job Requirements
- Possess at least 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in an equivalent role or in a lead strategic planning/management position.
- Participated in the full-cycle planning of at least 2 real estate projects (residential/commercial/complex) from positioning to liquidation.
- Priority will be given to experience in overseas projects.
- Proficient in real estate market research methodologies;
- capable of independently conducting macro-level analysis, competitor monitoring, customer profiling, and demand/preference analysis; and
- able to independently determine the overall positioning of projects.
- Proficient in formulating comprehensive project marketing strategies and phased promotional plans;
- familiar with operational workflows for integrated online and offline multi-media promotion, as well as new media operation strategies and the promotional logic of international real estate platforms.
- Capable of independently preparing marketing expense budgets, and possessing the ability to monitor expense execution and analyze return on investment (ROI).
- Proficient in using various video editing software;
- Possess excellent team spirit and strong capabilities in internal and external management and coordination;
- English can be used as a working language, and those who can master Kinyarwanda, French, Swahili or Chinese are preferred
