Job Description
We’re searching for an organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
In this position, you will play a key role in Front Desk Management, Phone Handling, Scheduling, communications.
Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Receive and handle people’s requests from outside the company in a polite manner

Always show positive image to our customers, visitors, staffs, and workers

Receive calls from outside and make reasonable response.

Direct people to correct destination

Schedule and maintain daily appointments, either manually or electronically, and set reminders if there is no response, for the attention of the Directors.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality Management, or other related fields.

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, polite, and professional when speaking or writing.

Customer Service Mindset: Always focused on helping clients, visitors, and staff feel supported.

Friendly and Welcoming Attitude: Creates a positive first impression for visitors and callers.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Keeps records accurate, schedules clear, and the front desk running smoothly.

Multitasking Ability: Can handle calls, greet guests, manage schedules, and more often at the same time.

Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Represents the company with a neat appearance and respectful behavior.

Competency in Microsoft application including word, Excel, and outlook

Problem-Solving Skills: Handles unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
